Their many years of supplying equipment worldwide bare testament to their experience, very high standards of manufacture and leave you feeling confidant that the metallurgy and superior materials used in making the machine will give you 20 or more good years with the equipment. It’s the best value for high end equipment that money can buy. AE extruders are very versatile and are tolerant of fluctuating maize quality. This particular extruder can also produce a wide range of other products, including onion rings (savoury or frosted sugar coated) and a host of other 3d shapes, hull less popcorn, rice crispies, corn flakes, “dorito” and “Frito” styled triangular chips, soft filled co -extruded products, etc. AE in USA have a full size machinery laboratory, where you have the privilege of working with world class food technologists that can do product development and recipe designs. (this extruder can also run blends of raw products, including masa flour, brans, wheat, sugar etc)
Service and Communication:
Our company provides excellent backup service. We have a 24hr call line and carry a large quantity of wear parts and critical spares in stock. Anything you need is a DHL delivery away. Our engineers are all ready to travel and are accustomed to African conditions. We speak your language!
We can also do factory design and layouts in AutoCAD. This allows easy future factory expansions.
Relationships and Networking:
Our company is a believer in building long term relationships. As a supplier, we can connect you to the best suppliers of raw materials, including flavours, packaging materials, raw materials for the extruders and recipes. We are also involved in the supply of bakery equipment and sweet making machinery. Our sole agency from Masipack provides us with a range of over 150 standard models of horizontal and vertical flexible packaging equipment, catering to your every need. Masipack is also flexible enough to do special designs in collating and product handling. They have very impressive references from their key clients, namely P&G, Kraft, Fritolay. They have recently delivered equipment to P&G Nigeria. Over 49 Systems in South Africa.
We also carry a limited range of reconditioned equipment, and where possible, should you require, we can supplement to make a project fit the budget. Later, should you wish to upgrade, we do offer a trade in service.
Guarantee:
All the equipment is guaranteed for (1) one year by American Extrusion International. Our company backs up that guarantee. All the equipment is assembled and run here at our facility, just 15min from Johannesburg International Airport, where you can receive pre-delivery training and inspect the equipment. We also offer full on site training, installation and commissioning. We can take care of all the transport and shipping arrangements and give a “hand over the keys and go” project.
